We chose this region because contains touristic places like Barranquilla, Cartagena, Santa Marta and San Andres. If you come to Colombia, you have to visit these beaches, or at least one of them.

In this place you can enjoy a comforting beach time, eat delicious sea food and enjoy the nightlife. 

Cartagena is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, it`s one of the best preserved ancient cities in America. It`s full of history because pirates attacked this place. You can visit some islands located at less than one hour like Rosario, Baru and San Bernardo. These beaches have transparent waters and white sand.

If you visit Santa Marta you will find a peaceful place and you can have contact with nature. You will breathe the pure mountain air. You can found traditional places like Tayrona National Park, where the traditional Tayrona landscape is born; Sierra Nevada, home to a unique and complex network of ecosystems; and El Rodadero, where you can practice water sports in company of the warmth sun.

Barranquilla is full of fun, especially in January, where The Carnival takes place. This is a celebration enlivened by traditional rhythms like cumbia, porro and mapalé. The Barranquilla carnival is known for its cultural diversity. You can also visit the stadium where Colombia`s soccer team plays: La Arenosa.



San Andres Island offers different activities like swimming with stingrays, scuba diving and the beach is perfect for walking. The best of the island is shopping, because prices are the lowest in the country. You find all kind of things, but you have to buy discount fragrances.





If you visit the Caribbean Region, you will enjoy your vacations. This region is magical, full of nature and calm. The hotels give you the best attention and the food is really good and fresh. The average temperature in the region is 28-30º C. The main cities have airport and the local people are unique, they can help you in anything you need.
Remember to bring sunblock, swimsuit and light clothe.

Definitely, it`s a Region that is worth to visit.
